Bonus funds credited to your pkr333 account carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount – and in some cases the deposit amount – must be wagered a specified number of times before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; the market is suspended or closed before the event begins; a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed and accepted.
For PSL matches and international cricket fixtures, the following additional rules apply:
Bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body – PCB for Pakistan domestic fixtures, ICC for international matches, and the respective competition organiser for PSL and other tournaments. pkr333 aims to settle all bets within two hours of the official result being confirmed.
Casino games available on pkr333 – including slots, live dealer tables, crash games and game shows – are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) software or live dealer streams provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming and Spribe.
Each game's published RTP is sourced directly from the game provider's certified specifications. pkr333 does not alter the underlying game mechanics or RTP of any title offered on the platform.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error or connectivity issue that interrupts a game round, the affected round may be voided and the bet returned to your account balance. pkr333 is not liable for winnings that would have been generated from a round that was voided due to a technical fault on the provider's side.

pkr333's total liability to any individual user in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of that user's account balance at the time of the incident.
